It's  hit and miss with checks CC or MO just the luck of the draw!

No one knows why. It would be great to have an insider to explain why some people wait for weeks and other days. There is no rhyme or reason

It looks like credit card packages are being processed in 2 days. Checks and Money Orders are taking weeks.

Not true. They received our package on 11th, text message received on 16th (Money order) I guess it's about luck.

Yes it's  just the luck of the draw. Nothing to be alarmed about, but I do understand  we all want our  NOA1s etc. 😊

Hello everyone, we are sending in our AOS packet soon, we just have a couple of questions.

Do you guys leave questions blank that don't apply to you, or do you do the N/A, and none?

Also, we aren't sure what to put for current immigration status as we are filing the AOS after the I-94 has expired.

Would love some help, would be really really appreciated, thanks in advance!

I left everything that didn't apply blank. Did the same with the I-129f and had no problem.

My i-94 expired on 09/05. But I only sent my package on 09/11. To avoid the out of status thing, I signed all my papers with the date 09/03, so when I signed it, I was technically still in the 90 days period.
