Still love me a hoppy IPA (I am a native Seattleite after all).  Hubby has recently started liking more lager-type beers.  I cook a lot of spicy latino style foods - Modelo Negro was made for spice!

My favorite is Heineken……. I never liked it when I was younger... I thought it was a little "skunky", but now, it is my beer of choice.

Going to take the train to Pilzen to visit the brewery there.

Prague is gorgeous!  And it has one of the oldest beer halls in Europe.

I can not stand Negro at all. I have tried and tried but can not stand it. Give me a good Ale, Lager, or Pilsner any day

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Everyone has different tastes.  My nephew's good friend loves pumpkin spice beers, I cannot stand them.  My wife will only drink stouts, porters, or Japanese/Korean light beers, go figure.  I will try almost anything, but IPAs are my thing mostly.  However, I have been drawn to some sour ales recently.

    The seeds are decent and relatively healthy as a snack. Pumpkin pie is pretty good too. Not my favorite flavor or anything, but you really can't go wrong with pie.

Outing myself as a pumpkin spice girl... *cringe* Already had my first PSL of the season even though there are so many better coffee options than Starbucks around here... Going to atone with a decent Americano from a local coffeeshop this morning. 😇

 

Beer? My favorite is Adnams Broadside, an ESB. I also really like the Angel City IPA and Double IPA.
