So my husband called nvc last night and after waiting on the phone an hour and 17 mins he was told that our case was sent to the supervisor for review...hoping for a c.c next week ..fingers crossed

Oh good, I pray that you get it this week coming!!

I'm still waiting on the first review, I submitted everything 23 June. I see they are working on 3 June so I hope they speed things up and I hear something soon!

I'm sorry to hear this. I wish the NVC would be more considerate and accommodating when you make a simple mistake of submitting a document in two separate files. Its not as if they provide instructions country specific for uploading the documents. Let us hope they review the birth-certificate fast so you can get a CC.

I feel your pain, I resubmitted on June 28th and they only need a W2 for a family member. My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and we have been hoping they review quicker than 3 weeks so we can give birth in the US. I hope after July 4th the NVC workers speed things up

Hello DylanandLaura,

Happy Sunday to you. My wife and I just started filling out the form I-864EZ and on the Sponsors Household Size section of the affidavit, she indicated that she has 1 household dependent which is her mom. Now, since you earlier said NVC had asked you submit a W-2 for a family member, my question is:

Does my wife also need to submit the W-2 of her household dependent, as she submits hers on the CEAC website?

I await your response. Thank you.

Still waiting to hear from the NVC with a case number. USCIS approved us on May 31, 2019. Our packet left USCIS on June 12, 2019 and was received at NVC on June 19, 2019. As of July 8, 2019 NVC says it is processing cases received on July 17, 2019. Hoping a case number comes soon so we can continue this process...

Hoping all goes well for everyone here too.

Surprisingly, it looks like their speed is starting to improve even though they only worked for 4 days last week. It was 28 days of wait times last week and today it becomes 27 days

Hope to hear good news from the people who submitted between 6/11-6/20 this week.....

I think they actually work Monday through Saturday, since we've seen a few people receive approvals on Saturday. Glad that it's moving faster! Fingers crossed, no more RFEs! I wish they would just publish a checklist for us to go through on our own. I feel like that would save both them and us time.

I guess they intentionally want to delay the IV process itself. The reasons could be to reduce immigration numbers on that fiscal year or to ensure they still have some works to do and be employed 😂

Hi all... We got NOA2 on June 25 and USCIS send the package to NVC on July 2.. we still don't know if NVC Received the package or not. On calling NVC customer service, they said case number is not yet allotted. But how to find out if NVC received the package from USCIS?

Only if she is filing I 864A, I apologise I didn't respond sooner

Hi,

Some operators provide less information than others. I'd suggest call again the same way you did last time and select the numerical option that says something about mail. Then you can use your USCIS tracking number again and directly ask if they've received your case via mail. It can take up to 6 weeks, but they received mine 7 days after it left USCIS (about 2.5 weeks after I-130 approval). Best of luck!

I've tried calling NVC a few times to see if my case has been sent or received but I continue to get hung up on after the automated message. Is there a better time to call to get actually speak to someone?

NOA2 was on June 26th
