Question for CC people...have any of you uploaded 2 of the same thing different days becuase you want to make sure it’s clear to see and NVC still accepted either one?

Yes, we did my husband's birth attestation from the National Population Commission. He went to get from within Benin City and not the one they have been use to see from Lagos. We resubmitted it along with a letter, stating the fact that is correct document. Even the website they sent us to said it will be many version of the same form. This just so happens to look different. However all stamps is shown and it was accepted.

It took them nine business days to accept resubmitted documents.

My CC date is also 4/22. My Consulate usually holds interviews after mid of the months, so I’m not expecting any dates before 6/15. Praying for you to get an interview on time and can return to the states with your husband.

I’m praying also! It’s been a long road for us all! I wish everyone the best!!

I am in the same situation. My lawyer submitted a document April 29, on May 1st, I resubmitted clearer scan of the same document.

If anyone is using a lawyer, be on top of them. My lawyer has done some stupid things that I don't understand why I am paying them for and not to mention the delays.

Help! I'm hoping someone can answer me quickly! My husband just picked up his visa from the embassy in Dakar, but was only given his passport with the visa and a piece of paper titled "Immigrant Data Summary". I was expecting that he would get a sealed envelope with our entire application. He went back and they said that now that's all the give out with the visa. Has anyone else experienced this?? Does this sound right? My husband's flight is tomorrow morning so I want to make sure he won't have issues at the POE.
