Did anyone receive an email/letter like this? My fiancé went to schedule his medical exam and they said he needed a letter like this that the visa center should have sent. I called NVC and they said they won’t send it until they forward it to the embassy. Is that right?

Yes that's the letter needed for medical. Ours was sent via email, attached as pdf file. NVC sent our case to embassy February 19. US Embassy received it February 22 here in the Philippines. Until now we haven't received any physical letter from NVC (NVC Letter).

sorry if I duplicated an answer.  Did not see a reply to you, and have not been on for a few days.   Above are my interpretations.

Hey thanks for the reply, there is no duplicate haha. I ended up going with your answers actually last week except for the noa1 one so thanks for clarifying that. It makes more sense to write that one down. Do you know of question 12 in part 1 needs to be answered if I specify that I obtained citizenship through naturalization? It's the one question asking the sponsor's age and for how long it's been in the US. I don't really know if it applies to me.

It should work for you. Sometimes the system has a hiccup and you just need to give about 4-8 hours and try again.

The NVC confirmed that this is a known issue, so this question may likely pop up again in the future.  NVC said that it should be fixed in a day or two.  😐

So I was finally able to get through to someone today at USCIS (around 4:30 EST) and they told me my case hadn't been sent out yet.  My NOA2 was January 24th and they confirmed that was my approval date.  The guy on the phone was remarking at how strange it was that it wasn't sent and said they should all be sent out within 10 days of the approval.  He said I would need to speak to a tier 2/ immigration officer but that none were around and to call back in two hours.  So, I called back at 6:30, was on hold for an hour, and just spoke with another woman.  I asked to be transferred to an immigration officer and she asked for my receipt number. I gave her all my information and she said she would connect me to an immigration officer.  Then, I got an automated message saying that they were too busy and that someone would call me back in approximately 200 minutes (!!!!!).

Long and frustrating story short, my actual question is: when does this call center close?  I'm guessing that there's no way I get a call back tonight, right?  Should I expect a call tomorrow or do I need to call back and start again?
