About AoS, Is it possible to be denied if you applied after I94 expired?

I still can’t know why my case was denied even I talked and asked to Tier2.

He said he didn’t see my denial but some said mine was denied and I got an email about my denial..

it was in February 2018, but still can’t know...

I wouldn't sit on this any longer. I would DEMAND to speak to a supervisor on this, Or have them take your case to a supervisor. SINCE FEB 2018?!! that's over a year ago, you could've reapplied. Speak to someone higher up, that's the only way to know, tier 2 arent being helpful if they are giving you different answers, something is wrong with your case or you case status.

UPDATE:

My AOS interview was scheduled for Oct 22! My original LFO was San Francisco and the waiting time was 17 to 24 months, they relocated my case to a different office (Sacramento). We’re totally excited and happy, this was so unexpected!

Congrats!!! Did you request the relocation or where you luckily sent over there ? SF is exhaustingly slow 😫

I don’t think you can request it, they just relocated us for some reason. We were lucky, San Francisco is super slow, even Sacramento looks slow on their processing time. So I’m not really sure what happened but we’re glad it did.

Why don’t you request an infopass or an appointment with a local office?

I tried many times but people of USCIS says just repeating still pending and all denied! Even Tier2. Maybe my documents was lost.

You can’t have a appointment infopass until Tier2 says yes.

Your best bet is to refile. You’re out of status and they say that you were denied. The faster you refile the better.

Yay!! This morning my status changed into ‘interview was scheduled’! How long does it take to get the interview letter in the mail and how long after receiving the letter is usually the interview?

Congratulations 🎉 A week to receive the letter and interview is in about 5-6 weeks after your status changed.

I completed the online inquiry on 08/01/2019 and I haven't received an answer still. I called USCIS and heard the greatest stupidity. Tier 2 tried to prove to me that my case is in normal processing time and the website is only for pending I-485. I was completely shocked and said that my case is pending since December / January and he said that the processing time on the webside doesn't include my case. Total nonsense! He said I don't have EAD and AP because AOS takes more time and that's why I have to wait longer.

My EAD/AP still pending 😂 USCIS nonsense ❤️ I wonder what they're going to say when I'll call them this time :D
