Shouldn’t we get the K1Ftp from NVC once they send it to embassy ?

Yes! If I am not wrong the petitioner receives an email from NVC that the petition has been forwarded to the beneficiary embassy. The email also states what the petitioner has to do at that point.

Do you know if all the statuses changed already? Mine still says “At NVC”... not sure if I should still have faith it’ll be sent today or not

I was wondering the same thing - ours says "At NVC"  still as well. I'm hoping we will be in this shipment

Our case status said In Transit on 1/8 & Ready on 01/11. I emailed the Embassy on the case status and today they told me they do not have the physical copy of our documents yet so will not send out packet 3 or review our case until they do so. Any advice on this?

Hi. While I understand each embassy has its procedures, we are in a similar situation with the US Embassy in Cairo. Our case showed as "In Transit" on 1/8 and "Ready" on 1/10. Based on DHL tracking, our physical file was received morning  of 1/13. We have emailed the embassy twice to inquire. First time, end of day 1/14, and they replied they had not received the file at post yet. Second time, yesterday 1/21, no reply yet. I am beginning to think that contrary to what has been said that the shutdown is not directly affecting Consular Services/Visas, contract workers, which is what most locally-hired embassy staff that are involved in computer processing etc. typically are, may have been furloughed, and thus the long delay. From what I see online, prior to the shutdown the P3 often went out within 2-3 days of receipt of the physical file.

Tracking your case file that's in transit to your Embassy. Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

NOTE: Tracking information will not be available for 24 hours or sometime Wednesday.

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Philippines (Works for any country Just replace your country where the Embassy is located using the drop down box)

I hope these tips help you along your Journey. So, let’s share our experiences, our tips and ask questions.

'In Transit' appears today as expected !

DS160 done too !

Im gonna go pay GSS fee this Friday. Excited !

Hope you guys get it done soon toooo. Good luck. And special thanks to @Greenbaum for all the knowledge.

Once you move to "Received" you can send your Packet 3 to the Embassy and they will schedule the interview.  The BKK interviews seem to be scheduled for 2 weeks after they receive your Packet 3.  (The embassy selects the date and time for you, but you can contact them if you need to reschedule).   You will need to complete the medical before the interview and it takes a day or 2 for the results of the medical to become available.

@Davi+Inna,

Our timeline is very similar to yours.  Our Ready 1 was 1/10/19, Ready 2 with email from the embassy for Packet 3 on 1/16/19.  Our interview is on 1/28/19.  Good luck/Udachi!
