NOA2: December 13

Case Received: January 10

Case # Assigned: January 15

Left NVC: January 22

Similar to others, I also received the email confirmation from NVC that is addressed to my fiance and says the embassy will contact the petitioner when they are ready to process the petition. They should definitely correct that, as I'm sure it causes a lot of confusion for people.

No it’s just a email confirmation  from NVC stating that they transferred the pkt to embassy with all case # & receipt #. So I was told by our other member that this letter is enough to schedule medical as it has all the numbers.

@Greenbaum, I was trying to do the I-134 & question # 22 on if I hve previously submitted affidavit of support is confusing to me. So I need your expert advice please. So around 2008 my ex husband sponsored his father & I am pretty sure my salary / job details were given to support the petition. But as it was just supporting documents & I myself didn’t sponsor anyone should I answer no ?

You would have had to sign the I-134 to be considered as a co-sponsor. So, having not signing anything means your are free and clear to answer that question "no".

We just received it too. But it's funny that it is addressed to me (beneficiary) but sent it to the petitioner. It also says the embassy will contact ur fiance when they are ready to process. So does that mean the embassy will contact the petitioner rather than contacting the beneficiary? 🤔

We got the same email haha.

Finally in transit!!

First part the question is do you share parenting? The second question is are the kids physically with you most of the time? Next question and last question is do they depend on you for financial support? If you can answer all three of those questions with a yes and then the answer to that question on the form is yes.

The answer is contained in the P3 letter I think I have given you the link to the Jamaican P3 letter. Look at it and what does it say?
