Congrats to those who got approved and RFE. Our noa 1 is August 9 and we are still waiting. Trying so hard not to check both sites today.

One 8/21 person got approved last week.

Unless you get an RFE that should definitely not be the case. by the end of February they'll probably be about done with September already. By the end of this month all of August should likely be approved unless you got an RFE.

I know the feeling. I'm July 2018 filer, and till now still waiting for the NOA2. Let's just be positive.

Last time my case took 402  days and my travel history is so long. So i am mot expecting very soon  unless mircale happen

That is an insane amount of time. I hope you don't deal with that again. After months of watching timelines, I've noticed it's pretty rare for people to go above 180 without an RFE nowadays. Things have really sped up lately.

Yes you are right. Last time i had to file for law suit thats how i got answer.  I hope this time i get it soon    Thanks for your positivity.

I hope things pick up tomorrow for approvals, seems like had a few slow days now. I believe next week NVC will ship out processed visas to embassies, which might mean more room in the storage rooms for approvals.

So the approvals  depend on NVC as well?
