Divorce and married winer

I currently married, my girlfriend won DV lottery this year.
Will immigration officer consider situation as fraud  if I'll divorce with wife and marry girlfriend? We have real relationship with girlfriend, but we have not many proofs ( 2 travel to US together....). 
How can I show that our relationship is real?
Have we chance to get visa ? Is it a big risk to get bun for future  visas in case of reject?

It will raise eyebrows of how fast the divorce and new marriage will be and yes it’s likely to ruin chances of getting the visa.

this may sound very convenient that you are now divorcing your wife and wanting to get married to your GF and then moving to the US under the lottery visa. I have no idea about the rules, but if she won the DV-lottery and you where not married before that....you are not included in that paperwork to immigrate. Just my opinion

I would advise you let her process the visa as single and you can later in the future marry her if you truly love her. Marrying her now and applying as married could ruin chances of getting the visa for both of you if the consular officer is not convinced enough and detect any kind of fraud so to say. just my opinion

This smells of a fraudulent attempt to me, and I’m willing to bet the CO will equally see it as such. You’re only trying to get married to her because of the DV selection - you’re both looking at a lifetime ban from the US if you proceed with her.

I don't know much about this but did your Girlfriend include your name when she filled up the lottery form? If she didn't i believe you can't come to US with her.

Hmmn, nope. Not quite accurate. A spouse subsequently acquired after the eDV registration period is eligible to benefit as a derivative, if the relationship was genuine.

So, you and your wife have a real relationship with your girlfriend?  Please clarify.

And  of course as others have pointed out, “girlfriend” is not officially able to do anything anyway followed by your following attempt at backtracking ...

If your family circumstances have changed after you entered the lottery, for example, if you have gotten married or had a child, you will need to add your new family members to your case.

It’s not unusual for people to make incorrect statements here but for heavens sake if you do, just concede that you were wrong and move on. It doesn’t help anyone when such posters get defensive over their incorrect statements.

All that said, it seems pretty clear that OP’s case is not genuine and the most likely outcome is a refusal and permanent ban on entry for attempted visa fraud for both of them.
