They said they asked for more evidence on Jan 17 but sent out the letter on Jan 29, we sent the evidence on Feb 9. 

 

The site to determine the processing times and if you are still within the normal processing is here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/more-info

 

For your case those processing times will have no influence on your case as your case had an RFE and the can add as much as 2-6 weeks to adjudication and sometimes months.

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Just got my NOA2 approval 12/11. My NOA1 was 7/11. Looks like things are picking up!

At least a week, maybe 2 weeks after u sent the evidence back.

To all those people still waiting in this group, just hang in there! Good luck to everyone! Before you know it you will be with your loved one soon!  i would also like to thank all those people who answered all our questions patiently! Definitely appreciate everything that you do!
