Hi everyone, my case was approved on the 18th of January, nvcreceived it on the 8th of February and was supposed to issue a case number this week, called last week was told to call back this week which I did on Wednesday, was told to call back today that they need sometime to upload my number it to the system, I just called and the representative told me, after asking for DOB and all that, that she's transferring the case to a supervisor and i should give them six weeks before I'll get the welcome letter?? Is this normal? I'm an I-130 filer

This is the I-129F filers thread... I doubt anyone here can give you reliable and accurate information about an I-130.

Yes. Junies seem to be more talkative than most months. Maybe we are helping others stay in control. We argue and discuss all the same things as other months. They may just stop by June and learn all they need.

Junies got shafted due to the holidays as well, unusually long wait times and delays as result. So approvals for Juners stretched from end of November to end of March (it seems). That kind of stress would make anyone talkative!
