WAC numbers are sequential. You can enter your number but with lower or higher last number or two to see where you are. But keep in mind that you might get notification by mail before any update to website or app. :)

Now I feel silly! Thank you 😀

Hello Berries!

Sorry for giving this ridiculous (and shameful for USCIS) update...

However, as above ( Congrats @growe4 )  Check your mailboxes ;)

Just because the amount here is too little, It doesn't mean there is no movement! :)

My fiance is here hehe so I'll be doing the weekly updates tomorrow when I find some time.

3/9 Full day Total : 4 (Yep you heard it right!)

09/11/17 3/9/2018 Your Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed

Like I said earlier, slow and painful brain meltdown this week... :) Thank you so much for still taking the time to update us though!

Just out of curiosity, did you guys ever consider Japan? Or Turkey? Or was it out of the question since he's (from what I gather) in the military?

Just out of curiosity, did you guys ever consider Japan? Or Turkey? Or was it out of the question since he's (from what I gather) in the military?

Our first plan was to live in japan actually. But I don't like it here much and was planning to move for a while, and then he came in January to make network in the base here to get a job....then trump's federal freeze happened 🤷‍♀️

For Turkey, my area would be hard to work in (overeducation, over qualification), but more than anything the Turkey that is now, is not the Turkey I grew up in.

So we actually considered everything we would want to do... but he was away from California and his family for 6 years and for education purposes etc. we decided to move there first.. also apart from all these I love California. So it was an easy decision on both sides...(we actually tried to break up when we realized he needed to be in California and I was in japan...didn't last a day)

We are thinking of moving to Spain at one point! 😁

I know how you feel. I was Sept 1 but seeing people get approval for a week or two after me. If it helps you are 10 days after me and should hear something in a week or two at most. I called the USCIS people for the first time yesterday and they told me NOTHING. But my I-797 was approved and sent 6 days ago. Jerk could have told me but didn't. (maybe.. not sure of their system)

Yeah... Yesterday my Fiancee called USCIS for the first time as well. They put her on a waiting list and said within 3 to 5 days tier2 is gonna call her back . Today I have 180 days . I have nobody, who would understand to tell this so I will talk this out here... I AM SO AFRAID, SO ANXIOUS , IN A LITTLE BIT OF DISTRESS. I ONLY WISH THEY WOULD FOLLOW AN ORDER. I am afraid that because my fiancee has a son or because over 12 years ago she was caught driving under alcoholic influence my case is gonna take more than a while, though we displayed the whole situation, providing so many legal and official papers such disposition, historic , all the courts papers till the last one when she was liberated ( it was just 1 year or less of penalty, she just did volunteer work and was prohibited to drive for a while.) . I myself  ( the beneficiary) was never involved in anything , not even parking or speed ticket did I  ever get in my whole life. I wanted to relax  , but with USCIS it is impossible.

Months ago I booked a two-week trip to go see my fiancé in April, long before my naive self knew that there was an adjudication estimate for our petition. And of course, as fate would have it, the adjudication estimate falls squarely in the middle of my trip.

There’s no one I can trouble to come collect my mail each day while I’m gone, so I have no choice but to place a mail hold. I am so worried that the NOA2 will arrive while I’m gone and I’ll have to wait up to 2 weeks to find out yes or no, and that I won’t get any update text or email from USCIS. And I’m assuming Informed Delivery will not notify me of incoming mail while it’s being held at the post office.

I can't believe the ironic timing of this!

Hello everyone,

Another September filer here (noa1 09/18) and seriously, I feel so stupid cause I thought they were still doing August applications and so I didn't check VJ for quite some time and I finally did it now and what I found out is crazy. Omg, I can't truly believe we're so close! I wasn't expecting NOA2 for at least the end of the month, more likely mid April. But I guess we're close.

I don't know what to say. I will update y'all as soon as I know something.

In the meantime, it's nice to read your comments and see I'm not the only one desperate for the infinite wait.

Ps, anyone from Italy?

Good luck everyone!

For what it's worth, when I put my mail on hold, I still get Informed Delivery notifications of all my mail. The scans are done at another facility before it reaches your local post office, and that facility probably has no direct awareness of your hold mail request.
