  1. Congrats, Dearie. 😍😍 I'm stuck with Chicago pile of files. πŸ˜‚ I'm so excited for you.πŸ’ƒπŸ»β€πŸ’ƒπŸ»
  2. Of course, I will.😍😍😘😘
  3. Wow!!! This is Great News!!!! Congrats, Sweetie. πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“πŸ’“ I pray the same for mine. It's definitely fast!!!
  4. Aww! So lovely..πŸ’“πŸ’“ I'm really good, a lil bored, but trying different things to keep busy, but relieved of the crazy distance. At least, I can scream at my hubby in the face now and not through electronics. Lol!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I hope for the interview too, but really based on state/service office. Many cents/states get theirs within 2 months while some like Chicago around 11months. So ridiculous.. Well, I really need the EAD/AP now, they can then take their time with AOS. Good luck in advance..
  5. Like you used, 'you want to contact your lawyer'. My advice; call your lawyer ASAP!!!! I mean, RIGHT NOW! Good luck.
  6. If you take a sneak-peak at your case online via https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do , you might see it's on the next line 'Interview ready to be scheduled'. Just like @K1visaHopeful said, you can then relax and wait on them for the schedule. Nothing to worry about. Good luck.
  7. First, congrats in advance.😊 Secondly, you can as I did the same (got my SSN before marriage, basically 2 weeks after my arrival). After marriage, you go back with your marriage certificate to change to your married name (if you're taking up your husband's last name). Good luck.
  8. Hahaha! O yea, I admit it. I see you're many steps ahead with your EAD/AP at hand. Congrats, sis. πŸ’“ Mine is Chicago and I'm ready for the wait. πŸ˜‚
  9. I'm right here, babygirl. I miss you too!! ❀❀ How was your journey to America? Yes!!!! We're in line now. My case updated 'Ready to be scheduled' on January 2nd.
  10. Hey Berries! @Naes lovely!❀ It's good to see you once more moving around with your selfless aura. I missed you, @emekus94 , @NICK & PAULA (I see we're in November togetherπŸ˜‰), @Christy&J. I had felt lost for a while now without my usual familiar faces around. I didn't know @Naes retained her berry-lifestyle. @Naes I'm so sorry about your cat. I guess is the one you moved to Cali with. It's so sad. 😭 We had our wedding in October and filed in November. I had my biometrics in December and currently at "Ready for Interview to be scheduled". I worry not too much b'cz I'm with hubby (just a one bed-roll-touch not thousands-of-miles of K-1)πŸ˜‚! I've been reading, cooking (trying different recipes), shopping, trying different countries' cuisines and I find Chinese more fascinating. Also, I will be volunteering in some programs (e.g., American Red Cross Biomedical Services). You know 'we keep busy as we continue on this glorious journey with USCIS'. I've come to accept that USCIS is definitely a part and parcel of my life. 😎
  11. I used FedEx.. It took 5 days to be delivered, then another 2 days to get notifications. Don't worry, you will be notified soon.
  12. Oh wow! I see lots of lovely familiar names!! I'm too excited! I'm in the right place!! Oh yeah!! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜˜πŸ˜ Another wait with Popcorn and Red Wine! 🍷🍿🍿🍿🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍿🍿🍿
  13. What's popping everyone?πŸ’ž I'm about sending my Papers in!! October 2017 K-1 Filer and now, I hope to become October 2018 AOS Filer! πŸ’–πŸ’žπŸ’ƒπŸ»
  14. @MelanieP... Which Country? Which Rmbassy? You need to update your Timeline, as I believe there are many people in this Forum from your country.
