I recieved a letter from my local union office in Washington stating the amount of work available. We contacted uscis to request an expidite then they sent an email requesting information about the job and reasons I needed to start working early ie my alimony payments and other financial obligations that were not normal household expenses 

Why would someone want to do that -- a mistake on the birth certificate?
If for that, take it up with appropriate authorities in the home country.
If for fraudulent purposes, forget it.

Personally I believe that children brought here through no fault of their own and identify as American should be given a pathway. There are some Libertarians that go further, but that's what I'm currently limited to.

I will be escorting my fiancee through immigration end of Dec 2019, if they give me issues, they will face an upset US CITIZEN who will definitely call an attorney.

If she says she is going to claim VAWA that means you should never be alone with her, even for one moment! If she won't leave, pack a bag and go stay on someone's couch. I'm being dead serious. If she is looking for any way to stay in this country do not doubt that she will accuse of of physical abuse and call the police. We have seen it time and again here. Protect yourself FIRST!

Cancel AoS, divorce her and move on.

There is a very recent poster who was a passenger in car stopped by police.  Because she had not filed AOS prior to the expiration of her I-94, she was jailed for 5 weeks before getting out.  Her case is still on-going........I would get that I-485 in the mail asap.

USCIS made a mistake but it's your responsibility to correct it.
 
If you don't, your RoC in future will be rejected and there will be whole lotta more problems to deal with. You cannot "claim" to be permanent resident when you're only conditional resident. Fix this for your own good.

Lol looks like OP is looking for some loopholes in the system and want to bring this girl to the US without bothering with proper visa.  Sounds like they both don't mind lying either. 
 
Dude, realistically there is small to no chance of her receiving a b2 visa.  Go meet somewhere else. 

The rest of the process, especially the part involving the embassy in Manila, you have much more control over. I have been checking your timeline from time to time hoping you would get your NOA2. Quite sad. We really ought to do more to allow foreign agents and spies to do their important work without such pesky matters as notifying the US that they are serving the interests of foreign nations, huh. True patriotism.
