this looks like an error on their end with the systems that the Application lives on. There is nothing you can do except try again later. They will get it back up and running.

Cheric, this sounds like the best bet.  Bloomfield (where G Walters appears to live) is in southeastern Iowa, and it's the county seat (with courthouse).
  1.  Go online to search "Iowa Marriage License"
  2.  Find out what the restrictions and requirements are
  3.  Contact (try telephoning) the Davis County recorder's office:

Time lines are uncertain at this time with all of the Office closures that are happening. Pre virus it could take 3+ weeks now it is uncertain.  With the consulates and embassy's closed and appointments cancelled  it is going to take a long time for current petitions to to come to the front for consideration.

yes it is best to wait for his info to  update in the save database. If they can not find his info they will have to hand verify and it will take a lot longer. We waited and did not have any issues.

Don't give up, you can sue the immigration office, you have to believe that you can do it.

You can not legally work with out your approved EAD. This can come back to bite you in your future dealings with your immigration journey. Please do not work until you have your approved EAD.

You would need to contact the county office you got married in to see about getting it corrected. What ever agency that issued the license will need to advise how to correct this.

Wait for about 2 weeks for the info to make in to the SAVE data base. If you go to early they can not verify it in the Database and will have to  manually verify it and it will delay the issuance of the SS card.  Here is alink to one of the guide on the site on this matter.

I would keep it till your immigration journey is complete. You never know what you might need from it in the future.
 

If they received your package prior to that 90 day window by even one day they will reject it.  Since you have a copy of it I would resubmit so that you can continue you N400 journey. If you paid by check for the 751 I would put a stop on it and submit new payment.

To be prepared for the Medical. Get a detailed letter from his/her Doctor that the is not a danger to him/her self or others.
 
This will help smooth things over.
We wen through this with my wife. Due to not having the letter we were delayed a few days to get the required letter from her UK health service.
 
If you have this letter it should make things go better and you should have minimal problems.

There is no time frame. All depends on what you had to submit and how fast the countries or agencies involved get back to them as they are checking. Some countries are slow to provide records and checks. AP can take years in some cases. All you can do it wait.
