I'm here in the US now ,not yet married and my k1 visa was about to expired on April 22 and all the courthouse here in Illinois is closed , what should I do ? Which states that the courthouse are still open to get marriage license and get married? Any suggestion please 🥺

Don't stress too hard about it. If you can't find a way to get married before April 22nd you can still get married and adjust later. It will just be a little more effort/paperwork/money.

 k1 Visa was about to expired April 22nd if we still don't get married at that day I will be overstayed here in the US

I know, but its nothing to worry about to much as long as you get married eventually. Overstays are meaningless to spouses on citizens who are in the United States.

The big is getting married no matter what before the 90 days is up. This is paramount and needs to be done.... You can always do AOS later on.

Yes , me and my fiance searching which states courthouse are still open so we can get married and process the AOS later on

Mn might open up in a week.  I can do the ceremony

Don't need a courthouse.   Just need a license.   Might be a week yet  before they reopen
