  1. Getting my husband a drivers license is on our list now that we submitted the GC application, so thanks for the information above. It sounds like until he has his EAD or Green Card, applying to get one isnt worth the time. Thanks!
  2. Thanks, that is the answer I was looking for. We are waiting for it in the mail, we only have the text at this point.
  3. No, more just curious in-case we had to for some reason. Just curious if someone asked, what is your status, what would that be.
  4. Yeah, waiting for that in the mail right now. We got the text but thats it.
  5. Hi all, My husband and I submitted the green card application and got the texts this week they received the application. My question is, what is my husbands status at this point? Conditional permanent residence? How would my husband prove what his status is right now? Just curious.
  6. That does help, thank you for the additional notes!
  7. We sent our application from USPS 5/23. We tracked it and they said it was delivered Sunday. To confirm, we get a text or email from the 1145 saying they got it in their hands, then a NO1 saying you can proceed or not proceed, then the biometrics appointment letter?

  9. Yeah the I-94 only has his first and last name. We were wondering if she should omit his middle name then on the form. We will probably put none listed on 94 or put his middle name.
  10. Hey there, I meant I-94 (I put it incorrectly above) it says it on the 485 form right above the boxes to fill in for that section. Provide your name exactly as it appears on your Form I-94 (if any)
  11. Hey there, sounds good. We usually use my photocopier at work which is a really nice copier but I obviously cant go into the office right now, so using a home one and its just not as good. How many more times do we need the marriage certificate? for the interview and citizenship I would suppose? Thanks for the responses!
  12. Thank you so much for your responses! Really appreciate it! We have that separated out on the cover letter - we would never forget those wonderful forms
  13. we have seen beneficiary and petitioner on multiple of the aos forms so while you are right, that is the language used on the form
