Marriage License missing middle name

My marriage license does not show my middle initial in the cert. only first and last name, How can i Fix this? will it cause a problem when going to my visa appointment in Juarez? My Mexican passport has my middle initial , but I couldn't renew my Mexican passport at the Consulate with my married last name because they didn't want to accept my marriage license because it was missing my middle initial in it.

You would need to contact the county office you got married in to see about getting it corrected. What ever agency that issued the license will need to advise how to correct this.

That is the correct answer, though it might not be a "county" if the marriage was in Mexico.  Wherever you got the license, is where you get it corrected.  I would not be so concerned about this issue with regard to US immigration, but you'll have to do it anyway to have your married name on your passport.  It would be good to get that done before the interview, if possible.

 

Note that a "marriage license" is what you get BEFORE you are married. What you are submitting is a "Marriage Certificate".  Sometimes both are on the same page.  That's ok, but once married, the document is marriage certificate, not just a license to GET married.
