There is nothing about the political climate you need to be concerned about (unless you want to start an anti-President Trump post?). IF you are legally entitled to the 10 year I-551, then you will get it. Nothing more, nothing less. I would not get an attorney....our guides on here are fantastic. I used it for ours as well as referred others to it

Have not read the responses to your question, but that is not correct. Meeting on FB is not the issue...there are other things he is not telling you about that they asked him. We met on FB too...it was not even brought up.

Right there is one big reason why he was denied...the PRIMARY reason for his move should be to be with you..not living in another country

No, you will not have to pay child support for a kid that is not yours. Also, and this is important, if your sure that the baby is not your DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Because if you do yet claim that the child is not yours, then the court will still view the child as LEGALLY yours.

It depends on the city that it is filed in, together with numerous security checks. I just got my ROC 10 Year GC, also without an interview. My AOS also was without an interview. Yet, I am being told there is a 10 month delay.

You obviously have an axe to grind about President Trump. Your situation is nothing of the sort. Has he gone back and notified SS that he has a two year GC? THAT is more the reason.

The SSN should still be valid, again my husband got his in 2013-2014 before we ever met, then he went back to the Philippines for 2-3 years and came back with the K-1. He went right back to using the same SSN and as others mentioned, as soon as we got his GC he went back to the SS office and got everything updated and has never had any issues with a background check of any sort. Without going into any political debate, do wish people would stop immediately blaming Trump or his administration for something they didn't do, or because CNN/MSNBC told you he did.

Let's be honest here. No one is breaking up your marriage. Your husband chose to ignore US law, and he rightfully received a 10 year ban. That was completely in his control. That is the harsh truth. Now, you are left with few options:
1. Seek the help of an immigration attorney.
2. Try to submit the waivers yourself, and hope for the best
3. Relocate to your husband's country to wait out the ban.

Personally, I would opt for #1. Good luck to you and your family.
