Which country will your parents apply from.

The instructions for paying for the DS160 are dependent on the country you will interview in.

Yes you can do something. I would not do it right away but after first denial. I did this through my congressman. Based on my extensive experience:

1) I-134 either will not help or will help. It will not hurt for sure

2) Congressman letter of support helps enormously!

Why would a congress person assist a potential tourist to the US?  They make inquiries for their constituents (USCs/LPRs) with family immigration cases that are outside of normal processing time.  This does not extend to people just wanting to visit the US.

She is not claiming to have the power...? She is literally asking people on this form on how her parents are able to visit her; or is that not allowed and how is that a display of power? Imagine if you were int he same situation. Have a little bit of empathy.

Siham, I hope you're doing well. Of course we'd love for our parents to visit us but it would be nice to know what you exactly had in mind. Would you like for them to permanently move to the US or is it just for tourist/visitation purposes? Aside from the help that has been given to you so far, I suggest you also find a Morrocan person that has gone through the same experience who can help you so that you can know exactly what the processes are like for people in the same situation as you.

I just wanted them to visit me my parents is old so they can't work here to stay permanently

 If you mean the Congressman can write a meaningless letter to make the US resident "feel" better, you might be right.  I fail to see the real benefit for the OP.

Mom was denied 1st petition when Adil was just LPR which seemed strange as we could not have petitioned for her to stay at that time

but the family had not put the grandparents home (after their  death)  in the names of her and other sons and daughters at that timdise 

so,  1st we did that

next we opened checking account for MIL

3rd we waited till Adil became a citizen and applied again

 

she was able then to show she was part owner of family home

and had a bank account with money enough to travel 

we did the application for her as she can not read and write

 

the big expense was the cost of her medicine here in the US  (diabetes medication was just over $600 a month and we had to drive to Atlanta so she could talk to a dr in Arabic )/  make sure if a visa is approved they have enough medication to get thru a visit 

 

our other friends had same experience -6 months is too long so it may help at interview to say they only intend a few months if they are asked
