    To answer both questions the typ of visa is tourist visa for medical or pleasure and my parents are old my dad 70 year old and mom 65 year old

    I do have a 10 year green card my husband he is a usa citizen but he is from Morocco too We want to bring my parents to visit me they will have an interview next month What documents they need to take because someone told me they need Sponsor form and my husband will Sponsor them and they need documents from police or court and birth certificates But for real I don't know so I come here to get help thanks

    It's not a tourist visa It's have 5 years sometime 10 years and they will stay with me only 6 month then go back is that a tourist visa because the lady want to charge me 600 dollars got me confused
