Hi, hope you're doing great. Any updates?
After 15 days, the only thing that has happened to our case is NVC receiving it.

Hi - not much to report from NVC - timings below:

I130 Filing date: 4th September 2021
Receipt Notice: 4th September 2021

Active Review:13th January 2022

USCIS Approval: 25th June 2022

USCIS Submission to NVC: 27th June 2022

NVC Notification of Case Creation: 1st July 2022

NVC Fees Paid: 5th July 2022

NVC form-260 confirmation receipt: 8th July 2022

NVC approved amendment to joint sponsor: 13th July 2022 (correction of an error in my AoS application docs)

NVC unlocked joint sponsor in CEAC for doc submission: 19th July 2022 (submitted the docs on the same day)

I'm now waiting for NVC to review documents - the most recently published NVC case review timescales do appear to have reduced by 2-3 weeks, which is encouraging.

I will update when I have more feedback.

Did it take 5 days for your NVC fees to get processed? I just paid them today. Do you get an email saying the payment was processed or do you need to keep checking?

I got a receipt on the same day I paid the fees - then it took about 2 days for the status to change to "PAID" against the affidavit of support and form-260 fees. At that point I was able to start uploading documents.

Hope this helps.

Yes, thanks a lot! Just paid today, so I'll check back again to see if the status has changed to Paid in the next couple of days :) good luck to you!

My I-130 was processed at Potomac Service Center.

It took 10.5 months from initial submission to I-130 approval (the published processing time for Potomac when I received approval was 12 months).

My partner got notification from Case Tracker apps this morning, but  in the apps status still said "actively review". We tried to login on myuscis account,  but our case wasn't there. So, we tried to add again our case but it shows error page. We're so confused, what's going on. Anybody can help? maybe it was a glitch. Why they doing this to us :(

You might want to take a peek at the Aug 2021 thread,  there are many of us at California that are still waiting for our approvals.

The strangest thing happened to me too. The app sent me a push notification completely out of the blue, never had one before in all my 9 months of waiting. I went into it and nothing, still actively reviewing. That was about 4 nights ago so I assume it was just a glitch. It got me going though for sure, I was up all night checking for updates, but nothing. I’m a November filer so honestly don’t expect it to happen anytime soon, but those random approvals do seem to pop up. 🤞🏻

Sorry that all of you guys are going through a tough wait but I just got my approval notice. My NOA1 was 1/31/2022

NOA2 8/6/2022

so mine was approved in just 6 months. That’s crazy fast.  Not sure why but I’m really thankful.
