2nd Actively Review  & Approval letter under documents : 7/11/2022...

Just got our NOA2 approval!! After 384 days at CSC, my goodness. I'm thrilled but this process has been so painful. At least NVC is more transparent!

Update from August 2021 at Texas   PD date 23-Aug-2021 (NOA1) Texas Service Center "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" update at 10:00 01-Nov-2021  NOA2: Petition APPRO

OMG!  Unexpected!!  I logged in my USCIS today and saw: November 9, 2021 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS On the Document tab, i see I-130 Approval PDF with approval date of today!

Congrats! I’ve been waiting 315 days as of today for my approval so really hoping I get it this month or next.

297 Days. Looks like TSC is taking about 300 on average. Hang in there people.

No extra submissions. just the i-130

Awesome! I am thinking my approval is going to be this month or next. Already at 10 months and one week at California Service Center

Anybody stuck with Potomac SC? I feel like this one is the slowest of all despite their official processing times. 😒 I'm not even allowed to submit an outside normal processing times inquiry until December.

I-130 (Potomac)

NOA1: 09/11/2021

NOA2: 11/21/2022

(NVC + Frankfurt Consulate)

NVC Docs Submitted: 12/03/2022

DQ: 01/30/2023

Appointment: 03/14/2023

Not yet. Approval was only a few days ago. At least by looking at other timelines, it seems to be about a week between NOA2 and the NVC packet.

After 15 days, the only thing that has happened to our case is NVC receiving it.

Just checked and saw that I was being actively reviewed again as of July 16th. Looked in the documents section and there was an approval letter in there! Texas Service Center, NOA 1 09/29/2021. No K3. I’m so happy. Good luck to us all!! ❤️

I really hope I get my approval soon. I’m at California service center. NOA1 08/31/21 and been in actively review since 09/22/21. Praying for something soon
