Well, our second application got a response from the NVC (same RFE result), so I would think more of the first week of August submitters should be notified any day now!

For sure! A few lucky ones slip through, just like at USCIS stage. There has been an 18 August submission get DQ'd but they unfortunately got a RFE

Our case has been sitting in NVC since June 25th. Got RFE on September 20th and submitted rejected document the following day. It's so discouraging to see how slow they are currently working. Hopefully all of you who are waiting on August can get good news soon 🙏

Hopefully 🙏🏽 Whose birth certificate - beneficiary or petitioner’s?  Sorry for all of the questions. Just want to make sure I’ve included everything.

Thanks. I did eventually but when I initially submitted on August 9th it only looked like the beneficiary’s birth certificate was required but last night I uploaded mine to additional/other documents. Really hope I didn’t just go to the back of the line but I guess it beats getting an RFE in 3 weeks to just have to go to the back of the line then. It’s a no win situation. 😢

Yes it plays on my mind as well whether we have included everything that we need.

Just make sure you are also uploading W2/1099's along with transcript or tax return 2020 (and 3 years of previous tax transcripts)

Divorce certificate from petitioner and applicant (only if this applies to you)

Also proof of domicile

Those are the most common RFE's I've been seeing lately. Good luck!!

you have to send both, in our case we sent both but they didn't want the beneficiary's birth certificate they wanted a copy of the sheet where all the information was written before generating her birth certificate. Best of luck to you and remember whenever you upload a new document that date will be the new date they will use to review you documents.
