Odd that it says incomplete, but they DQ'ed us anyway. When I click on the "incomplete" link, it says "application error" and takes me back to the login page without showing which documents are missing (if any).

Yeah, that’s strange i mean

DQed and then showing incomplete.

anyway, I suggest to call them and check.

I called, got an automated message saying they're having technical problems, and then it hung up. 🤷‍♂️

Got the documentarily quallified email today!

Submission date Aug 3, so that's about 70 days for me.

EDIT: I logged into CEAC and it shows "accepted" for my spouse's visa application and civil docs, but "incomplete" for sponsor & joint sponsor. It seems other people had a similar issue... just want to be sure there's no need to do anything if I already have gotten the DQ email?

Omg congraaaaaaats !! So happy for you!

Keep trying. I saw a few people say the same thing happened to them but when they called they found out that it was just a glitch in the system and that they were indeed DQ'd. Just keep calling and ask to talk to a supervisor (that's what I heard)

I just got through after being on hold for 45 minutes, they confirmed my case is DQ'ed and nothing is missing. Nothing I need to do right now except wait for the interview.

Hi everyone!

Checking in here a little late, but I am also an August submitter (Aug 3).  No word yet for me, but looks like a few early Aug submitters are starting to get DQ'ed?

Hello Everyone!

August 5th submission. Got reviewed today, unfortunately, it was an RFE. :(

Good luck to everyone waiting

Oh no. What did they ask for?

The RFE was ‘Please submit every 2020 w-2/1099 form for joint sponsor’ . Didn’t make sense to us because all our documents showed accepted included the W2 we had attached.

So we called NVC and apparently their reason was the W2 was uploaded under the wrong document category.

So you still had to resubmit? Or did they accept it like this?
