    My step daughter went to her interview on January 10th and went for her medical exams on January 20th. When I checked her case status yesterday, February 07, 2022, it said Issued. So I'm sure it means approved. How long does the embassy take to send the passport back?

    So after being DQ'd on Dec 20th we received an email on Dec 29th with the interview appointment, which is Monday the 10th, Wish us Luck guys!!!!

    I am also checking my email constantly because sometimes it goes in my Spam folder. We are almost done with these week so hopefully we hear something soon if not next week

    Yeah our I-130 was also approved in 70 days but NVC has given us a harder time. Hopefully this time we get DQ'd because I would hate to wait another 3 months ugh. Best of luck to you and hopefully you get DQ'd soon.

    A birth certificate issue but we sent the proper paperwork right away
