Select Petitioner when you log in to the site. And yes that is totally fine to upload everything that you have and then wait for everyone's documents to be uploaded and then do it all at once. It's often a joint effort between both spouses to get all the documents in order.

You will just have to play around with it -- I used a phone app where I took pictures of the documents and compiled them into a PDF. I did have to adjust the settings several within the app for different compression levels, made it black and white instead of color, etc, until I got some of the longer documents under 2mb.

Submitted all docs last night and this morning the ceac inbox shows DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED.

So this is DQ? right, within 24 hrs? haven't got any email yet

Finally submitted everything to the NVC last Monday, just patiently waiting to be DQ'd since there doesn't seem to be much going on at the (Ethiopian) embassy anyway. I took some time to gather everything to submit to the NVC because I needed a joint sponsor and it took a while to get documents from them.

My case was created with the NVC April 29th. I'm wondering if they might take a while to review my documents at this point because of my delay, since it looks like an employee checked my case in mid-May and sent an email reminding me I still had documents to submit.

Congrats.  Was this your first time submission of Docs to NVC or any additional Docs ?

submitted everything the night before on Monday. Had to resubmit tax return(1040) for 2019 in morning since my reasoning for why 2019 tax transcript was missing wasn't enough I guess.

All we can do now is to wait. Interviews for IR5 won’t be scheduled until the ban is lifted. So it could be another 6 months or even longer, if Trump stays in office. But if he loses in November, the suspension could be reversed faster and hopefully, Washington’s immigration laws will become more lenient and tolerant as they tend to be under Democrats’ leadership. If that’s the case, then the wait actually works in our favor.
