Do we know if the i130 petitions (spousal visa, etc.) are still being processed?  It sounds like only interviews have been cancelled, but am I correct in thinking that they are still doing paperwork for the ones that haven't been approved yet?

To my knowledge, USCIS service centers are still working......at least, I hope they are.

The only information I've seen on the USCIS side is about dealings with the public at field offices.  Nothing to do with Service Centers not open to the public.  However, I expect a number of Service Center Employees are not going to work.  That will lengthen the wait time for a give petition's "turn" to be adjudicated.

On the Facebook group there have been a lot of approval daily especially from NSC. They are still working.

I also heard that they have some ppl working from home. Idk how accurate that is though. I hope it is true.

I just got my email that my case was sent to NVC from Nebraska Service Center last night.  Strange thing is, my Priority Date is July 22, 2019 so this is a full four months sooner than I would have ever anticipated from Nebraska.  Only 8 months is crazy fast for Nebraska.

Not only ir/cr (and other) visas are still being processed, these are among only few categories that due to Trump's recent order are being processed. That means if you're lucky to be within these categories, you can expect much faster processing times currently than historical average on uscis' website would suggest.

Service centers and NVC are working. The only thing impacted are field offices including embassies. That's the only thing that may slow you down, however given how much faster processing times are prior to the interview stage (assuming one is lucky to be in the right category) on net you would be still months ahead.

As an example: our I-130 submitted online in Jan 2020 (Nebraska) was approved in mere 5,5 months.

If Trump's order get's extended by another 60days (extremely likely) I would expect i-130 approval times for ir/cr categories to drop to around 3 months.
