Seeing that the March and even April filers are getting NOA2, I am really starting to wonder if I'll get NOA2 at all. I see that some previous filers are still not approved (from Dec, Jan.)

I hope all of our approvals come soon this month

maybe if everyone writes Joe a letter and tell him how much pain this cause each one of us.  IF we only knew what happens to some of these cases.

Old Joe can't do anything for you. He is no longer in the government and hasn't been since the end of his VP term. He currently is not the President unless of course you subscribe to his antics and those of the Democrats.

Antics??  now we can talk about antics... but I believe in the honesty of all the mixed party election officials in each state and the lead just looks so large its just its just a matter of time.  The honesty I mention is of polling place workers of both p[arties , Im not Not considering the gerrymandering and deliberate voting obstacles used so often like polling location closure by the GOP.   And yes the letters to Joe would be to the President elect  before he is sworn is.

I think Greenbaum was just giving you a taste of honesty. Nobody gets to Joe's level of politics and still has a soul. He is just perceived as a more likeable guy than the other candidate, and might be, but don't confuse that for someone that cares about you and me. I know we keep politics out of this thread, but that's just the truth. I think Greenbaum's other point was that the media doesn't get to decide an election in America. After a thorough investigation in to voter fraud and a transparent recount, states will declare a winner and allocate electoral votes. We are not a democracy but a constitutional republic. If Joe win's after that, I'm good.

They received our RFE 21 days ago but no news yet.. The funny thing that it took 2 months to send our RFE documents to USCIS, Because 2 times our docs were lost in the post. The company who provided us the certified copies of the docs, sent them again and finally we got it.

I think I got to used to this process and delays and nothing makes me surprised anymore 😄

Nightmare situation with the post 😭😭

This immigration experience is the epitome of murphys law... Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.

Hope you hear back soon! Hoping to get our RFE posted back to USCIS soon.

I never received anything and neither did my lawyer. It still says on my USCIS account that it has been received and that’s it. I’ve been going crazy all day and I don’t see any rfe and I’m going back and forth with USCIS and the supervisor

We've been approved! I had just checked a few minutes prior to see no news. Then the notification we had been approved, appeared. For those curious as to when, it came in at 7.30 this morning - about 90 minutes ago. We are both so happy to get through this stage. There's more to do and a long road ahead but goodness me it feels fantastic right now.

Our dates:

I-129F Sent : 2020-01-30
I-129F NOA1 : 2020-02-03
I-129F RFE(s) : 2020-08-19
RFE Reply(s) : 2020-11-02
I-129F NOA2 :

2020-11-19

I hope that now they've got it that they come back to you with an approval nice and quickly :)

What a saga! I am glad to read that you have the support of the USCIS and one of the supervisors there. I hope they are able to tell you what the letter said and what they need to proceed. All the best for a fast and positive decision for you :)
