Hi! Could somebody please help review my compiled PDFs with 2-4 photographs every year since 2012 (evidence of time spent together)?

I could attach it here if recommended.

Is this number enough? I have 2 separate PDFs with another 2-4 pictures each from the marriage and marriage reception, but I'm not sure if I should include more. Thanks in advance!

Don’t really need pictures from the wedding or reception - you have a legal marriage certificate so you don’t need any further “evidence” that a marriage took place. Focus on quality, not quantity. Pages of photos from the same day do nothing to strengthen your case, photos are very weak evidence anyway, especially with all the editing software that’s out there how.

Focus on boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipts, etc of time spent together. The more trips, the better.

A few photos of you with each other’s family members is fine. But they don’t need pages of selfies of you two snuggled up with each other.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Hi JFH! I thought photos would be good evidence given it's the only thing we really have. And photos over a range of 7 years with a few from each year is what we have.
We don't really have boarding passes or anything since I lived in India for 5 years and did my education here (that's how we met). I've visited India twice since 2017, so I have those Indian immigration stamps, but I don't think they prove anything since my family lives here as well?

Our photos are a mix of us in college, and us with friends and family over these years. I wanted to make sure the way I present this evidence made sense :)

i made an album on the phone and screenshoot it, the first date, middle, and the last.. then made it fit into 1 page..

i dont think they need to see a lot of pic but its good to let them know how long the relation been going on

Did you live together in India? Living together is the gold medal of bona fide evidence so focus on that.

Not before marriage. I'm in India for another week and have lived with him on this trip, but we have no evidence of that :(

A few photos would be fine, don't overdo it.  The best evidence will be of time spent together, anything to convince the officer reviewing your case that you lived together, spent time face to face together.  Include the passport stamps, visas, hotel receipts, boarding passes, lease for an apartment or AirBnB, etc.  Also you're married so you'll need some evidence of financial co-mingling, joint US tax return, beneficiary on retirement accounts, health insurance, joint credit card account, etc.  Good luck!

Hello, I see the responses you received and although I do agree with that their saying, let me give you my experience and what I submitted to get our 130 approved (it took a year). Original service was TSC then after 9 months transferred to nbc, then transferred to local office, received RFE for proof of bonafide marriage, in our 130 packet, we included pics of our wedding, marriage certs, and a few random pictures. It wasn’t enough for them. I responded to the RFE with 476 pages of texts, screen shots of video chats and Facebook posts from both of our accounts...our 130 was approved 2 weeks after. So in my opinion and my experience, I would send everything you have. Good luck!!

Your country is like how Immigration treats West Africa countries. Pictures are vital. To do otherwise will get you in some trouble.

Pictures of you all with family and friends will do. Over 7 years just focus on quality spontaneous fun stuff showing the span of your life together.

In some cultures like Asia countries, wedding pictures is needed.

Not true. My husband is from Asia and we didn't send one single wedding photo. We were married in a courthouse and there was no one there to take pictures. We also didn't send any from our wedding reception because it was held months later, long after I sent the petition.
