  1. That individual is a rare case, maybe 1 out of 10000? Technical, yes you can try and it up to you, but no one can assured a quick outcome.
  2. Completely normal. Give it a week or two.
  3. Again. Unless you enter that country with Visa, they can ask for a round trip ticket to make sure you going back to home country. However, you now already have a Vietnamese passport and enter Vietnam as a VN's citizen, so there is no point to ask for a round trip ticket(unless they want some coffee money.). The same thing when you enter USA with US passport.
  4. You're enter Vietnam as a Vietnamese's citizen, so what the point of asking for the ticket?
  5. Vietnam immigration never ask for it because you admit as a Vietnamese citizen.
  6. You can have a co-sponsor for K1. However, CO will made the final call.
  7. If your home country allow dual citizen, then go ahead apply for N400.
  8. Traffic ticket is not a crime. Print out the receipt for the ticket's payment, and explain it at the interview.
  9. -You can bring Dam Hoi's pictures in case they ask for it. -Yes, the decision already made before the interview since they already take a look at the case beforehand. Important: Get a family's tree on hand and ready. It will save you a lot of hassle.
  10. Look like you will need another join sponsor at least with income more than that. For safety, 40k is the goal.
  11. There will be no issue if you bring the new born with you. Make sure you have the new born's US passport in hand because the security staff may ask for it. Just make sure you're take care of the baby while your wife interview. Be confident and good luck.
  12. IMO, the generic questions/ answers is not really helpful. Most of the questions they will ask based on your relationship. If you know each other very well, then nothing to worry about. Also, for K1, make sure you get a "family tree" document ready in case you being ask for it.
  13. Wait until case status change to Ready, then you can one step ahead by send an inquiry email to embassy. Usually, the embassy will contact you.
