  1. You can file tax as married but filling separate(MFS). After you spouse come to US, amend the tax.
  2. You're not alone. Our I-751 has been pending at MSC for more than 2 years. N400 has been submitted 4 months ago.
  3. If you income under threshold for tax filling, then simple explain it on the application. I still remember that when I applied for N400 5 year ago. As that time, I jest simple wrote a letter and explained that I'm full-time student.

  10. Did you apply for advance parole(AP) when sending I-485. Without AP, your wife can't leave US.
