Please don't judge. My husband left the country 3 weeks ago. We had been waiting 263 days with no ap. We got into a huge fight. But now ap is being issued. Am I able to fly to him to give him the ap. I still don't know if I want to get back with him because of the problems. I'm sorry to ask but want to know the truth.

There needs to be 2 864 filled out for each parent correct. The confusion is part 5 when filling for one parent does number 5 question need to have 1 for the other parent to make a total of 5? Or is it blank to make a family of 4. Then the same for both parents. Filed 130 and 485. Received rfe for 864. Parents live in US with sponsor.

Working for the airlines. Since he has a driver's license. That is all he needs to show for his identification. If I'm wrong someone will correct me.

Did you get it today? I have letters that should be delivered that day because I also signed up for the usps daily delivery info. But comes a day or two later.
