Mine has been like that since the day after my biometrics appointment. Some people never receive any status at all until the "new card is being produced".

Oh I see thank you. When did you have biometric appointment?

I checked my status and it changed today - now it says "Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent"... so looks like we got a RFE :( We haven't received the actual letter yet so we don't know what we are missing, but at least they have touched our case.

I had a similar experience with issues with the SS office.. had to go back 2 times because the 1st the employee didn't know what he was doing.

DMV.. I have been 4 times , I have been in Colorado 6 months now, after 4th time I gave up trying to get a license, until I get my EAD.

They told me they couldn't confirm my status and would call when they did.. its been 2 months and nothing LOL. It honestly is such a joke, same with bank accounts, that was a HUGE hassle too lol.

I am so over stressing, things will happen when they happen I guess 😝

Damn 970 area code. Must be nice to be a government employee where it doesnt matter if you are actually good at your work. have you tried like FT. C or Longmont to see if their dmv works better?

I chatted with an online Rep using Emma for my EAD expedite request , it seems they sent the request for additional information to a wrong email address. They also said only a tier two rep can resend it.  I called a Tier 1 rep and waiting for a call back, the estimated time they gave was 600 mins!!
