    Hi all, I had my oath ceremony on Friday but because there were so many new citizens we weren’t asked to sign the certificate in front of an IO nor were given too many details on how to sign it. I’m finding conflicting information online. My certificate has a tiny signature next to my picture which is the one I’ve used for all my immigration related paperwork and IDs. I thought of using that one, although it’s only my first name and middle initial. What has been your experience ? What signature did you use?

    I just checked my mail. I received the 48 month extension letter, oath ceremony notice and i751 approval notice.The approval notice says they aren’t issuing a new card 🤷🏻‍♀️ because my citizenship was also approved.

    They approved your case!!! Congrats 🎉 My I-751 case was approved yesterday. I have 3 letters from USCIS coming today.

    My oath ceremony has been scheduled 1 month from now couldn’t be happier!

    Hi all, today my case updated to the following : Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled Just out of curiosity, how long it took for your ceremony to be scheduled? I know this is very specific but I can’t stop myself from being curious lol

    I think they know. My officer mentioned that they have to follow up on pending cases and keep an eye on them.

    Hi guys! Today I woke up to an update on my pending ROC. My case was transferred to another office !!!! 🥳 hopefully things will move a little faster now. I’m anticipating maybe 2 more months . Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Yup! The officer that conducted my interview even mentioned that they requested my file on February 03rd, 20 days before my interview. I’m chomping at the bit.

    Almost the same for me. I have been seeing some September and August 2021 filers approved recently so hopefully our cases get approved really soon. Either that or sending our files so both forms are adjudicated. I say this with the utmost respect as I’m very aware that being a US citizen is a privilege, but gosh I can’t wait for this to be over.

    I already did my n400 interview and passed, but my case is still stuck at LIN. I haven’t received a new extension or anything else. I wonder if they are even sending it at this point.

    This is an issue with Nebraska and it seems that they are not taking any actions to correct that situation. The officer that conducted my interview mentioned that in some cases they even have to contact supervisors in Nebraska so something is done about it. In some cases, they have lost the physical files.

    She explained to me that some offices can approve the application based on the scanned files but that for this office they need the physical file. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long

    Today I had my interview in Greer, SC. It was very quick and easy. I brought my husband with me but he wasn’t allowed in the building, the officer said that she didn’t need him for the interview because I submitted tons of proof for both my ROC and n400. She’s the supervisor at this office and mentioned that she would approve both my n400 and ROC once she had the file but that it will take some time because LIN seems to have it still.

    The officer that did my interview mentioned that sometimes with LIN they need to contact a supervisor so cases are transferred. She’s a supervisor at this office and wasn’t happy that they haven’t transferred the case. She said it was common with them.

    My interview went well!!! I passed and will be recommended for approval after my ROC is adjudicated. Should LIN have sent the file both would have gotten approved and same day oath would have been scheduled. Having said that, I’m happy with the outcome.

    Hi all, my interview is this Thursday and I was wondering what do you recommend to take with me for my interview. I have all the basics like ID,GC and passport. I’m taking with me tax documents, bank documents, leases, application copies and all the evidence I submitted for my i751 and N400. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance

    Thanks so much 🙏🏼 I’m nervous because I’m very dyslexic and I’m scared of misspelling words when doing the writing test. Unfortunately, I can’t spell for the life of me 🤣
