My wife had her biometrics appointment on May 28, both I-485 and I-765 have updated and say " Fingerprint review was completed" but the I-131 has not changed, just continues to say " Case was Received" (May 3)...Wanted to see if anyone has dealt with something like this, I am not too worried since we wont be traveling until December but still want to stay on top of things just incase, thank you.

Mine says the same since May 17. We're lucky we even got a status update as some don't change.

Yea, mine's is like Case was received since then. They received it April 11, done with my biometrics last May 14 and no status change yet.. i called uscis and they said they can already see on their system that biometrics was received and completed.. the agent told me as well that their system is messing up.. now just waiting for the combo card first because i know the interview here at anaheim california takes forever

My I-485 never showed fingerprint review was complete. I received an RFE shortly after biometrics for a mistake on the I-864 and sent back the response. The I-485 updated to "We received your response to our request for more evidence" and has not updated since May 13th. The I-765 and I-131 have never updated since "case was received" which is pretty frustrating even though I know it's being worked on since I've called.

My K1 visa petition still shows as “Case Was Received” on myUSCIS and eGov. I entered the US on my K1 visa 3 months ago, so I’m pretty sure that status is outdated!

I filed AOS/EAD/AP at the start of April, did biometrics at the start of May. My AOS changed to “Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview” two days later while my EAD + AP have never changed from “Case Was Received”. Other people seem to have had a whole range of different statuses relating to their biometrics being received or processed.

I’d therefore not give too much meaning to whether or not the case tracker was updated, it seems to be very inconsistent in how it is used.

My I-765 case status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced", yall!!! Expediting really works when you have a pending job offer - I am so so so happy. You can check my timeline to see the progress updates. Took eight business days after I faxed my documents to USCIS!!!

Hii do you mind sharing which documents did you send to the fax number?? I got mine expedited too, what does it have to say on the job offer letter? Thank you so much.

No problem - I don't mind sharing! So I worked with my employer to set my start date as TODAY - which shows the urgency of my case. I also highlighted the part that says "the offer of employment is set to expires today at 5pm." as well. Even though my employer can definitely wait - we want to make sure we show a specific deadline.

- I didn't just send my offer letter. I prepared a whole 34-page document that includes: a cover letter explaining my situation, job offer, outstanding loans, outstanding monthly expenses, outstanding medical expenses and health insurance - pretty much everything that I stand to lose. I also mention that I have already accumulated six months of unemployment gap so losing this opportunity would negatively impact me professionally.

- I contacted both NC senators and my district congresswoman immediately after USCIS confirming they received my fax. Now, they all submitted inquiries about my case not requesting to expedite so I am not sure which one really helped my case or all of them, lol.

- What I also did was to fax USCIS again last week, using the number and info originally gave me, with another letter talking about the urgency and asking for immediate consideration.

Considering I had to fly from Vancouver Island to Montreal for a K1 interview this would be a better option than the very long wait for Seattle AOS. Hoping this happening.

I would love if it actually sped things up, but I dont have time off of work to drive my husband and I six hours to the nearest field office lol. I guess we will make it work if it means getting approved faster, he's ready to work.
