We received text msg that AOS application has gone from "Fingerprint review" to "Case Ready to Schedule Interview". Biometrics were done May 9th, Seattle.

Another step with relief💕 and we wait..lol..but grateful.

Hello guys. Does anyone know if I can still send my advance parole? I regret I didn't do it because now I'm scared I may need it. I sent my employment authorization and 1845 on may 10th. And it would make my process take longer?

Yes, you can still send it in.

 

Include a copy of your NOA1 from your I-485 to show your eligibility to apply (and to not pay any additional fees). It shouldn't have any effect on your I-485 (or your EAD application).

I just got an update for an RFE on the AOS application, ugh! Anxiety is through the roof now, I see the mail piece in our informed consent email. Can't check the mail until I'm home from work tonight.

I got an update for an RFIE as well! I am stumped as to what it could be.... anxiously waiting for the letter in the mail. Keep us updated on what they are requesting from you!

So I installed that app from the Play Store. How did you find out from within the app the number of April Filers who got RFIE'd?
