Hello guys!

My NOA2 is 01/25 and NVC still haven’t received our case 😢. Could someone please give me the phone number of USCIS? I want to call to know when they send our case to NVC. Do I have to ask for a tier 2 ?

Thank you!

You can email them your noa2 scan copy    When it pass 6  months

Thank you for your quick response.

I've printed out a list of my shares from my brokerage account. As well as my latest job offer letter. A current pay stub. W2 from 2018. What else would help?

I think you've pretty much got it covered.  The only thing I could think of is a letter from your employer, I know that's one of the options on the list.  I think at this point it would be overkill though.  For the Embassy, they don't usually require as much as they do at AoS.  They just want to see some kind of proof that you're making the cutoff, whereas at AoS they did much deeper.

@ACHH - USCIS sent my NOA2 in late November 2018 and it wasn’t received at the NVC until Jan 3, 2019.  Then NVC took 6 weeks to enter it into their system.  Total of about 11 weeks from NOA2 to NVC assigning a case number.

@Greenbaum  To answer your question, I am selecting the Immigrant visa option.

It should work for you. Sometimes the system has a hiccup and you just need to give about 4-8 hours and try again.

So, the DHL shipment from NVC to Moscow is “on hold”.  Anyone have a guess why or how long or does this happen a lot?

It could be waiting for the next truck out to the embassy. It could be they are short of drivers. It could be . . .

No one knows for sure. Just keep checking DHL.

Processing for China is problematic and btw they do not send a physical file theirs is electronic with no way of following the file to the embassy. CEAC is the only option.

Shares are not required for the financial requirements. What is required is listed in the P3 for Columbia and this is what they require.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must demonstrate that you have sufficient financial support. We recommend that your American fiancé (e) or spouse download and complete an Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) which you may bring to your interview. This form is available at http://www.uscis.gov/i-134. To avoid processing delays, we recommend petitioners include a copy of their most recent IRS 1040 and a W2, paystub, or a letter from their employer certifying employment.

Further information on the process is in the Columbia P3 letter here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7hB3bl9Snfkb0NiMVFUd2JsVjA/view
