Ok so I FINALLY figured out how to correctly track my case on DHL (I was on the German page because my phone kept going to the page from previous memory). I found that 2 pieces were sent from the NVC and delivered and signed by someone from the Frankfurt Embassy address on the dates that correspond to the statuses that were shown on the Ceac website. But, when I emailed the Embassy they told me the physical copy was not in? Are they just saying this because they haven’t looked at it or am I missing something here?

Your WAY to Early. I advise to slow down a little to take the pressure off yourself. The file arrives and it take a few days to check in the receipts, to look over your file to insure everything is there and then they match it to the online case. Once those steps are completed then your record is set to ready. Then you can start booking and paying fees.

yes same here. just curious about the dhl status but couldn’t find anything there. anyway let me share my updates:

medical appointment - i have actually scheduled my medical appointment (i called to the clinic and they just directly booked for me, without asking for any document). i hope i receive my packet 3 before the medical appointment.

singapore police certificate - i have finally applied today. let’s see what to do next

malaysia police certificate - finally ready for collection after applied for 35 days! but wondering if the certificate in english or malay? if it’s in malay i need time for translation by high court

interview - only save my ds-130 application online. meanwhile prepare other documents too

I still don't get how the tracking works. Im being dumb.I tried the EXP 24 MAR 2011A etc with the date it left but doesn't work. Do you have to put in NVC or something? Nothing turns up for me.

Interesting. I've done it correctly then. It just doesn't return any results for me. Oh well!
