Alright! So I sent mine on 7/3 the it was delivered on 7/9 to the lockbox and I checked my Credit Card today and saw the $535 charge on 7/11.... So I should be getting my noa1 soon??? 😀 I am so glad the package did not get lost lol

Woohoo! After obsessively tracking my package multiple times per day, I just noticed that it arrived in Dallas early this morning 7/12 (mailed out on 7/5 via USPS Priority Mail).

Small progresses are still worth celebrating so I will do my best to stay upbeat and hopeful along the way. This group will be a great help. Thank you all for your positivity.

Correction: my package was mailed out on 7/7 (not 7/5).

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Lol hopefully you will get your noa2 with no Rfe’s because that just adds more time to it. Good luck to all of us!

He already told me he would refund me his cost. Can’t do anything about filing fees.

Hi everyone.. unfortunately for me, my petition was rejected and they sent us a NOA saying that the money order wasn’t correct.  I don’t understand, isn’t the filing fee for the I-129f fiancé visa $535??  What can cause this?

Anyway, my fiancé decided to use his credit card and send the petition again later on today as they said we can do so.

Can someone who used the form G-1450 give any tips on how to fill it properly... I know my fiancé says he will get through it and it seems to be straight forward but I really would like another opinion.. I will appreciate this very much ..
