Hi Octo-babies!

 

When you hear from USCIS (RFE, NOA2, etc.), you can tell us by stating your Received/NOA1 Date, NOA2 Date and the method (email, website update, App update, mail -Silent or contact number).

Just about an hour away in Tarboro. I know a group of Thai ladies that get together often and eat Thai. If your fiance is home sick when she gets here hit me up and I will put you in touch they love any Thai people they can find lol

Yea I'm at the point where I see an RFE as acceptance because I'll simply respond to it same day I receive it and put it in overnight mail and expect approval in about a week or maybe two. It's no biggie really.

What to do after NOA2:

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.
