Aug 2nd NOA1 , had a LONG talk with Tier 2 supervisor on Friday, he told me that No one past august 1st had been processed yet. This forum would say differently.! Frustrated is an understatement. Really need something to happen soon!

Am sorry! These USCIS people really just say rubbish half the time
Keep the faith (easier said than done) but we're here for you, waiting till we all have our NOA2!

well they pretty much give you exactly the information what you need to send.

so easy to get is probably passport stamps, a letter that you write on how you met in person and phone bills that state you called....

that's an easy fix and u can get noa2 in no time :D

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

Hi guys! Anyone from the Philippines here? I have a question.

My fiance is a Filipino Citizen before he was naturalized as a US Citizen. Question is, does he need to get a CENOMAR (Certificate Of No Marriage) too? Because I have read that the US embassy in Manila asks for it if he is a former Filipino Citizen.

Photos are good- but USCIS wants "hard facts", things that explicitly show the dates that can't be manufactured (think someone changing the date on their camera)
I'll suggest the passport stamps and baggage tags. Add a statement as well and together with the passport stamps, you should be on your merry way to an approval!
Keep the faith- this is an easier fix. You are almost there!

well the more evidence you send in, the better!

and what you can also do is maybe take a screen shot of your phone with the phone records on what's app and print that out (if it states the dates).

good luck and stay positive, you are a few weeks away :)

Hey, it’s been a while, guys! We were approved on feb 21st. I’ve called NVC and they said they could see that they had our case but didn’t have a number yet and asked me to call back in two weeks... is that accurate? How long after they receive the case do they assign a number? I’m a little anxious since our approval expires in June..

Maybe you can send receipts from the tickets as well, to match with the passport stamps...

Be careful with the engagement party photos... it could put you in a pickle where they call you guys “too married for k1 not married enough for spousal”.. maybe @Naes can chime in on this I might be wrong but I’ve definitely seen posts warning to be careful about big celebrations
