I have a question. When you apply for visa and send all the papers , did you send original Letter of Intent or scan copy? In RFE USCIS asked for this Letter but we had sent scan copy in August. Maybe they want original not scan? Who knows? Help us! We have already sent them another scan.

This morning USCIS will receive our reply for their RFE. How will we know that they really get it, if they didn’t inform us about RFE? No emails, no updates. It’s a pity @Naes didn’t add WAC number to her updates. Do we have just wait patiently with no information what’s going on? How can we be sure that the post didn’t lost our letter and USCIS really received our response?

You know you can check it on uscis website?

if it doesn't show there I wouldn't know it either :) do you want me to put the link?

but it takes some time for them from receiving to updating the status to received.

To put the link? What does that mean?                 On the website there is only ‘ the case was received ‘ but they sent us RFE on February 28. Only yesterday we received the letter and answered immediately.

Usually they will update it when they receive it, even if they did not update before.

if it says case received on the website, the scans will just show the same. They don't show when a status does not update on their website :)

I meant I can put the link to uscis case tracker, but you seem to know it.

Give them at least 2 weeks-
That seems to be the earliest anyone is getting an answer. Calling before doesn't really get you anything

How long does it normally take for a RFE to arrive? We were told it was issued on the 22nd. Again, no post from them today.

Took 5 days for me. I live in Las Vegas and mail usually take 3 days from California . But under usual government circumstances it will take longer days than usual. Some people get it after 7 days.

With almost everybody getting RFE, did someone got their NOA2 yet? I got the notification for RFE  Feb 21, got the mail Feb 26. Sent it back 27th and was officially received Feb 28. No updates until now. I mean they updated my case to “response to rfe received” on the 28th but I was just hoping since it was just a simple missed box that they will approve it right away. Another waiting game <_< please just give me that NOA2 already

Any Aug filers with RFE got a decision yet? Sent my RFE yesterday and was wondering if they seemed to be processing RFEs for Aug filers quickly or if it's taking a while?
