Virgin : case received

touched: case had some sort of update (rfe, name update etc.)

your case js unfortunately is not counted. I can only gather info on cases that can be tracked :( sorry.....

What do you mean "tracked"? How would I know if ours can be tracked or not? (filed 26 Dec).

Distance is no demon,

Often I think it can be a blessing for those in love,

a silent, underappreciated blessing.

It will have no power over us.

When you come stumbling to my door after months, with flowers and wine in hand,

I will be ready.

When I pick you up from the airport, the feeling will be unmatched,

that feeling like birds bursting in song from beneath my lungs,

that feeling unlike any other.

We have to stay strong and remember what is most important;

I love you, and you, me.

The air between us is nothing but a metaphor.

Nothing, not one thing, can come between us.

:)

When you go to uscis website and put your number if it actually shows and there's no validation error then it can show on case tracker app... it's not like I'm "tracking" it.

some cases wac numbers in December are giving validation errors so those people can't even check their status themselves.

Thanks, Naes, :)

I wouldn't mind if you were tracking it if it meant we knew what was going on.Work your magic! haha.

I can see that ours says "case was received..." so I guess it is counting towards the tracked ones.

Thanks for the stats, they're good to know. :clock:

Hello guys! December filer

I have a question. I really hope you guys can help. Does pregnancy affect k1 visa? As in automatic denial?

I don’t see why it would. Is it your fiancés? If it is then that’s more incentive to approve as it can show a legitimate relationship. In my opinion... but I’m only one person.

That feeling when the estimated date goes down twice in a day.

I read that they did 122 cases yesterday.

Same feeling.  :D  Where does one read such things?  @Naes weekly updates are so valuable - it would be cool to be able to see how things are trending.
