I'm September 15 and I hope I barely see an update in march.. did something change when I was sleeping last night?

Probably not.  I presume you're predicting wait times to increase relative to the July filers that are getting approvals now.  I'm just looking at the projected adjudication time frame the site is putting out for me (late April) and then backing that off by a month to account for the time it takes for someone at USCIS to review/investigate the application, which should result in a update/touch.  May be some flawed logic with wishful thinking there :-)

By the way I'm all for wishful thinking :) I still believe my timeline may go back to march 14!!! Let's see what August will bring ;)

hope for the best and keep your heart in the worst so you won't get disappointed (my motto at the moment!)

Sorry if this question is redundant or stupid.. the current processing times on VJ based on member data... does that mean like, although they’ve touched pretty far out in the month, they are making the most progress on that particular day?

That means on average that's where the approvals are happening. So the latter.

they don't put the latest one because there are expedited in every month and also just because they touched 1 day in a later date doesn't mean they finished all before that. Not that date means they finished everything before that either...

I'm sad. I found out I sent the wrong divorce paper - NISI not absolute (Mass. does not automatically send the absolute, you have to order it).

At least I know exactly what my RFE will be, and I ordered the document yesterday, so I can send it back immediately. :(

You will be surprised when you get a direct Approval instead of an RFE.

God that would be nice. ha. all this stress and then just coasting through. I feel like every step has a significant roadblock - first it was Jassy's birth certificate that was wrong, so he had to go through a many month long process (almost finished!) to get that changed, now it will be the RFE, then the medical (where he might be required to do a sputum because he had TB years ago).

Smile... breath... it's not yet time to be stressed. I have to remind myself that I'm allowed to stress about it if/when it happens, but not now. It's not time yet.

Thanks for the hopeful words!!!:D
