Received NOA1 text and email today! Timing was actually better than I thought it would be given the holiday slow down. :)

When was yours recieved? And have they cashed your check? Or when was your check cashed?

I sent mine December 13th, it was delivered to the Dallas lockbox on December 17th. I paid with a money order, so no check.

Seems Texas Lockbox are catching up a bit. Here is my update:

Sent: December 16th

Received: December 19th

Check cashed: December 28th

NOA1: Not received by email yet

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox 

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Hello Guys I just started this journey.

But I made my first mistake, I need some advice based on your experience, please.
I sent my Packet / I-129F on December the 20th.
I used USPS_ Priority mail, but I sent it to Lewisville, TX 75067 instead of P.O. Box 660151. Dallas, TX 75266.

USPS tracking shows.

" Your item has been delivered to the mail room at 11:43 am on December 24, 2016 in LEWISVILLE, TX 75067."

As today I haven't received any confirmation by the Lockbox facility, they haven't cashed the money order yet.

No, I didn't, It was just priority mail without signature confirmation

Ok. Yeah mail room must just be a generic description for where the mail goes at that Lewisville facility. We sent ours via UPS and I believe mine also said mail room as final delivery location and who signed for it.

Signature confirmation means nothing to USCIS. You can't hold their feet to the fire for that. 

The main things is you have delivery confirmation and that is given with priority mail via a tracking number on your USPS receipt.

The USCIS is required to strip the payments from those packages and process them with the Federal Reserve ASAP. The case is then worked at a later date.

Do to the holidays they are understaffed so things are moving slowly as many before have said.
