Did you guys know the $340 application fee, changed from December 23rd. So if you sent it before the 23rd. You will be fine.

Yes we enclosed $340 with the petition, and it was fine.

I received the NOA1 letter in the mail today. Now the real wait for NOA2 begins... Hope everyone hears good news soon!

When did they recieve it? Did they cash your check? Sorry for so many questions Im just nervous a d a little impatient ha ha ..in a waiting/patience game ☺️. Congrats on your NOA1!

The letter says the petition was received on December 19 (2 days after it was signed for at the Dallas lockbox), and the notice date at the top of the letter says December 27. I sent a money order and don't know how to check if they cashed it, but the NOA1 letter states that my total balance due is $0, so they must have cashed it at some point. I know that nervous feeling! I think you will receive your NOA1 soon as well.

If you paid the filing fee using Money order issued by Western Union, you can call to this toll free number and the automatic service can tell you if the money order has been cashed

1-800-999-9660 .
