aleful got a reaction from Fadae in F-1 Visa Sponsorship for Girlfriend
hi
not really, the fastest is to marry and file for her, the process is taking over 2 years, from what you are stating, the wait will be longer if you wait until you become a US Citizen and file for a fiancé visa
she will most likely be denied a student visa, she was denied because she didn't have strong ties to her country, especially if she disclosed that she had an American boyfriend, what makes you think that she will get a student visa? she will have to show the same strong ties to her country and that she will return, she was already denied twice for a tourist visa, she would seem like she was desperate to come
if you marry now, and file for her as soon as possible, she will probably be here sooner than any other petition, and she will enter and be able to work immediately.

aleful got a reaction from Ash.1101 in My family member had interview and decision can not be made yet because of address
hi
yes, as is states, they are reviewing the case, it is pending, the officer wants to make sure, that they have jurisdiction over her case since she moved from another state, and you have to wait 3 months from the move to apply for citizenship

there is nothing she can do for now, unless immigration asks her to send more proof of address change

aleful got a reaction from suhridkhan in CEAC rejected forms
hi
do you live in the same house? if so, then he needed to fill out the i864A
you fill out the i864 regardless of income because you are the petitioner, and if you live with your dad, the he is your household member and therefore needs to file the i864A, not the i864

aleful got a reaction from Unlockable in applied for b2/visa in the philippines
hi
ditto
the officer was asking for a specific time and you were vague in all your answers, and the officer even repeated them for you. he or she wanted an answer
a job won't allow you to stay here for long, you need to be prepared to give specific answers or you will get denied again
you have to say a month, two months, but not too much. you have to show ties and reasons to return and a time that you will return
it looks to the officer that you want to stay forever, indefinitely
your mom can't depend on you, you are visiting, nor can you depend on her, your family will need to find who can take care of her in her recovery. you can't stay that long, it can take months for her full recovery. your family needs to have a plan, you can help them for a short period of time.
hopefully it won't take her that long to recover

aleful got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in how do i immigrate to us without sponsorship or job offer
hi
none, you have to be sponsored by someone, either an employer or direct family member
-
aleful got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in LPR trying to sponsor unmarried son- questions
hi
he can visit but never overstay, the process will take over 2 years, If immigration doesn't change him to the category F2B when he turns 21
if they do the wait is 7 years, maybe more.
there is no way to stay legally in the country from an esta or tourist visa.
he can try getting a student visa, that would be the only way, but he would have to prove that there is no immigration intent
the approval of the i130 is taking in most cases over a year

aleful got a reaction from accumbyte in Visitor Visa - Chances of Approval
hi
none, nope, zero chance
cancel the interview and apply for ESTA. the first thing that the officer will ask you and think, why do you need a tourist visa if you can visit with an ESTA?
it doesn't matter your plans in the future, you can always apply for a tourist visa in the future, it's this trip what matters.
Most of the evidence is irrelevant, immigration doesn't care about an invitation or your dog, or even your family. you are a young man with a place to stay, you don't have a job in your country, you can stay with your friends and get a job here,
you said it yourself you can get up and go, you don't have strong ties to your country.

aleful got a reaction from mushroomspore in B1 visa rejected in Singapore, can re-apply in Malaysia?
hi
nope you are the same person, immigration has you in their system, you will have to be truthful and apply with the same information you did last time, you have no ties to your country or Singapore you will be denied again and seen as desperate to come here
