Hello,

I am trying to recover the exact months and dates of my last 5 years of employment. Iv been working at the same place for 4.5 years but previously had two temporary jobs prior. Is there anyone who knows how I can come across this information. Also, one of the places is no longer in business so I cannot call them.

hi

you don't have to fill out this form anymore, it's no longer in use

Is it no longer needed or optional? If its optional will it benefit me more to have it. Also my other form requires the same information except with month day and year to and from start and end dates.

its no longer used, but there is still item in i129f where you still need to list your previous jobs for the past 5 yrs.

in this case just put you best guess

my fiance has a lot of job/company, since he move from states to states for the past 5 yrs,

he cant recall everything so we just put estimated dates

what process ? process of remembering? hehe, my fiance has bad memory, so i as beneficiary helped him since weve been together for more than 3 years.

we used separate paper to list all his jobs and just label it with the required page number/partk number/item no

if you mean process of waiting for the petition to be approved, surprising shorter than we expected, we got approved 4.5months

My employer name was to long so I ended up hand writing everything. Can I do everything electrically and then hand write in my employer to make it fit in the box?

Yes.
