Received my interview appointment date today for December 9th.
Old website still shows "ready to schedule for an interview" (from 24th October). New website still shows "case was received".
RFE was received by them on the 11th October.

I think they are agreements with some countries ( UK, Canada, Germany ) and you can drive on your licence

Please read the instructions on the USCIS website for the K1 visa. The US citizen fills out the I 134 form and sends it to the beneficiary along with the supporting documents . For a cosponsor another form filled out and their documents . You take the whole package to your interview at the Embassy.

1 .Yes , don't need to do anything except removal of conditions.
2 . I - 551 is placed in the passport when the physical GC is not yet available ( ex when you enter the USA with a spouse visa or Diversity Visa ) Since you have the GC the stamp is not needed

Just back from the info pass appointment. We were the only ones there. Everyone was super nice. She gave him a one time AP good until October. She said if his combo card comes before he needs to leave to use that instead. What an absolute incredible relief. It hasn’t sunk in yet that he will not have to make the choice between seeing his father and staying here. Holy ####### I can’t believe that is done. And probably the card will come in the next few weeks anyway but at least his whole family can breathe a sigh of relief!!! This has been SOOOO a stressful. BTW they told me that are really pressured to stay within the printed processing times so I really do think us March people will all have good news in the next two weeks!

you jeopardize your LPR status by being out of the US for almost a year until Oct . All the information you need is on the USCIS web site You should first read up about LPR

alun got a reaction from HuberKimFamily in Is it possible to just expedite AP?
Most likely she applied for a re - entry permit unsure about how long she 'll be outside the US because of her mother' s illness . The world needs kind people not snappy ones ( Scandi ) . Not everyone is a lawyer .

alun got a reaction from Carpe Vinum in DS-3025 and I-693
@pushok I went to the County Health Department and to a clinic for uninsured and had my missing vaccinations ( 6 ) . Then I went to the CS with the proof and she filled out the I 693 and redid the physical. The problem is that CS won ' t just sign off on the vaccination part ( as per USCIS guidelines ) . They want to redo the whole thing ( probably for money ) . I found a CS who charged $200 instead of 500 like others.
